The FPHEC competed this weekend at the Interuniversity Open Financial 2010 on the campus of the McGill University in Montreal. The members have greatly contributed to the achievement of a third place overall for HEC Montreal. Indeed, Philip Hébert, Marco Gartenhaus and Jean-Philippe Boivin at the Financial Quiz has won the second position while Clement Guerant, Carl Dussault, Paul De Galembert and Julien Berube in the Stock Market Simulation also finished in second place. Congratulations to all participants !

Étienne Girardin, an alumni of FPHEC, was awarded the medal of the best result at the CA exam in the Province of Quebec. There will be a news coverage of this on December 15th in La Presse as well as in the Globe and Mail. Étienne now works at the accounting department of HEC Montréal and at Deloitte.
